I've been looking for a salon in Newcastle for a while and none that I've been to in two years have made me feel like I wanted to return. The price I paid for the most relaxed, professional and pain free wax I've had makes I.D hands down the best value I've found so far. Ingrid was delightful and professional, and the only genuinely friendly therapist I've met in a while. I'm definitely a returning customer now.

Dionne was knowledgeable and helpful. She helped me choose a colour that matches my skin tone, and told me how to take care of my nails once the gel nails were applied. It was a relaxed, lovely experience overall.
