Can't fault anything. I had a bad experience at another salon when getting a Hollywood wax and it put me off for almost a year. Decided to book up here before I go on holiday and Dionne was lovely, great to talk to and a good laugh!! She talked me through it first, made sure I was happy with everything, and seems experienced enough with the treatment to know how to make it as painless as possible. I'll definitely be back soon :)

Ingrid was really friendly and easy to chat to during my treatment. We communicated before the appointment and afterwards which was a nice surprise. She also squeezed in an eyebrow tint for me! Would definitely go back :)
