I had Ingrid for a Hollywood, half leg wax and lip wax and honestly I was so impressed. The app only informed her about me booking the Hollywood but she kindly managed to squeeze all three treatments in to the small time slot she had allotted for me. I was a bit sceptical about the truthfulness of previous reviews claiming that it's painless because all my other waxes previously hurt quite a bit but, actually, the pain was hardly there and completely manageable. The staff are so so lovely - if you're worried about feeling awkward you definitely won't be once you arrive! I was just visiting Newcastle but if I lived in the area this would definitely be my beauticians of choice. Thanks again!

Waxing was great, first time using hot wax and found it much less painful. Staff were lovely and clean environment!

I love coming here for all my beauty treatments. The ladies are lovely and provide a relaxed and friendly environment. Everything is done properly - no cutting corners or cheap products, which is evident from the quality of the treatments!
