Very friendly and professional staff. Waxing room was at a good temperature so didn't get cold. Very good wax quality and waxing technique!

A wonderful first facial, she provided lots of information on what she was doing and how it would help and aftercare. My skin felt amazing the next day and I’ve learnt how I can care for my skin better on a daily basis. Only thing is she was quite rushed because she squeezed my appointment in and the lighting was a bit bright affecting the ambiance but, a great facial and a lovely lady!!

Ingrid was great. She made me feel comfortable throughout the whole treatment. Who knew Hollywood waxing could be not awkward. Hot wax was used as opposed to strip waxing. Which made a HUGE difference. Made the next appointment with her immediately after the treatment.
