I booked an eyebrow shape and tiny 24 hours in advance. I pre-paid. 45 minutes before my appointment it was cancelled. I understand that double bookings can happen, but when I finally got through to the salon(it took me about 10 times calling) I was greeted with "we are too busy to fit you in" I asked did they have any availability in the next week, they said no. I asked for a refund. They told me no I had to contact Treatwell and hung up. I will not be recommending this place to anyone. If that's how they treat their customers in the phone who knows what they are like in person. Extremely unprofessional!

the place looks cool and the lady is lovely, but I had the feeling she was not sure of what she was doing. the result was ok but she neglected some areas, I realised it only later on at home
