I wasn't surprise when I read other people bad experiences in this place, I also made in advanced booking on this website and when I went there, they couldn't find me on their system and starting blaming this website (that it didn't inform them about new appointments) so they were unprepared for me (I was feeling as if it was my fault, not theirs) anyway one of the staff felt (sorry!) for me and offered me some of her precious time as she was fully booked (I don't know even how this place can be fully booked!!!) and as I was the one to blamed for this (unexpected) appointment she said she will start my treatment but she has to stop and may be leave me with her colleague if her (Booked) customer comes. Anyways she done an eye brows and whole face threading for me in less than 5 minutes, I asked her not to take very much from my eye brow as I don't like them to be thin but as she was doing me a favourite in 5 minutes I had to shut my mouth and accepted the results. I had a terrible experience in this place and I will never go back there even if they offer me a free treatment. Just an advice DO NOT WASTES YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND READ THE REVIEWS WELL BEFORE YOU BOOK!

Don't go here!! They hadn't checked the system so weren't prepared for me, then when I got into the room the lady told me it was my fault they didn't know. Asked me to tell her repeatedly what I was getting (half leg and hot-wax brazilian). No type of wax was warmed up yet, so we waited a while with the lady huffing and puffing. Leg wax was shoddy then when it came to the brazillian, she didn't know what that was and then she layered loads of wax on (thinking it was hot wax) only to find out it was strip wax and she couldn't get it off! She left the room for ages to work out what to do, and when she got back and I was cross she told me she 'couldn't work like this' and asked me to leave half done and covered in wax. Luckily I persuaded her to finish the job (or at least get rid of the wax) before leaving. She was rude and unfriendly throughout and when I complained I was told 'she's very experienced and knows what she's doing actually', I'm not sure how an experienced waxer doesn't know what a brazilllian wax is, nor how they could become so experienced without knowing how to use the wax!! Absolute nightmare, avoid at all costs.
Very professional, quick and easy. Great location next to Victoria station and nice big treatment room away from all the noise. Would highly recommend!
