The salon was closed at 7pm (time of my appointment) I figured out the number calling me at 5.40, whilst I was still at work, was them. I was unable to answer the call as I was working. Didn’t even leave a message, just a missed called, probably to cancel who knows? Less than an hour and a half before the appointment.. Anyway, extremely unprofessional. Booked this wax as I’m going on holidays and it was the only evening I could attend before flying. How uncomfortable will I be on holidays without a wax in a binkini. Terrible place!
