APPALLING
I booked a blow dry on the morning of my father’s funeral. I informed the salon of this. The stylist was over 20 minutes late arriving for work.The manager did not apologise or suggest another stylist step up and blow dry my hair, given my circumstances . Instead I was left hanging. I was so upset that I left the salon with wet hair, desperately phoning other salons to fit me.
Thank you A&B salon in East Finchley for rescuing me & for providing a first class blow dry.
