Terrible waxing experience. No ‘bedside manner’- the beautician barely spoke to me other than to say it would be painful and that I need to come in more regularly. I’ve had countless waxes in the past with varying length of hair and this was the worst and most painful experience by a mile. Would never come back here for a wax.

The rest of people was a bit "mad" or complaining about other employees not working or not taking the rubbish (in front of everyone) out.
