i had my definition brow treatment around a week ago now, the results are now amazing - perfect shape and the tint is great. however, for three to four days post treatment, the skin around my eyebrows was bright red, swollen and peeling. i have never experienced this before when having an eyebrow wax/tint treatment and the only reason i can think of is that the beauty technician didn't check the temperature of the wax and this burnt my skin. the skin surrounding my eyebrows was red, swollen and sore for several days, and then the areas scabbed over. such a massive shame as the results now are great - but i spent several days in pain and embarrassed at the state my skin was in.

Terrible customer service! I waited for ages, then someone came to wash my hair, then left me again for over half an hour. I would have walked out but my hair was wet! Would never go back!
