Generally I love coming here for my eyebrows to be done. The staff is experienced and I always leave happy. But having gone with a therapist I haven’t used before I’ve left incredibly unhappy. Even after saying I did not want my eyebrows threaded and just wanted waxing done, the girl decided to thread them anyways. I’m now left with a rash on my face from the threading which is exactly why I didn’t want it done.
Please, if someone says no to something respect that and don’t do it. The waxing it also felt she wasn’t comfortable doing and was awkward and painful. Not an experience I want to repeat

Colours wanted for shellac had finished and had to choose again last minute
Pedicure didnt involve any feet soak or sole treatments.
Very friendly lady and caring.
