HWS were great, particularly in view of the fact that (the same as the other two occasions on which I have foolishly attempted to use Treatwell) they had not received the booking and didn't know we were coming, plus Treatwell's prices were all wrong. Fitted me in anyway and were very friendly and helpful.

I booked last minute. The ambience is average but it is clean and am happy with my haircut and blow dry.

Was in and out quickly, brows just as I wanted and they double checked if I was happy with the colour so it didn’t go too dark/not enough 😊

Tanya did a great job. She was very patient removing my previous gel mani which was a bit tricky to get off. She also did a very precise job on my new manicure and let me try a few different colours. She was also very friendly and interesting to talk to while giving me some peace and quiet when needed. I also paid for her to thread my eyebrows and she did a great job. Would recommend, thanks Tanya!
