Very quick and efficient hair cut for £30. I didn’t get that massage-y condition that other salons I have been to give, which was disappointing. I also didn’t get offered a drink of water, as other salons I have been to do.

Felt like a rushed, end-of-day job. Friends and family of studio sat around watching things on loud and talking across the room to each other. Not relaxing at all. And not quite the style I asked for, I didn't get any layers and I'd asked for them.

The appointment started 30 minutes late.
The room was pokey with a previous client taking up most of the space, as she had been left in situ for her toe nails to dry. She had the good manners to request a space in the main salon instead. My therapist hardly spoke to me at all. She fumbled with the nail clippers; was either too tired or inexperienced to look like she had ever done the procedure before - gel shellac
She frequently forgot to put the heater on.
The end result was poor.
