The cut itself was good, though I was quite concerned that nobody came to look at my hair and check what I wanted before it was put into a sink. Fortunately my hair falls straight but I thought this would be a recipe for disaster for anyone with more complicated hair texture. Please make sure a stylist looks at the dry cut!

I came late but they manage to let me in. The shampoo was so good. Good head massage and gentle touch. The hairdresser was very nice and did not pull my hair like some do. He did not speak too much which is good to me
