My appointment began late as the stylist was still dealing with the previous customer - not a big problem. My hair was cut unevenly which I pointed out - this was corrected, so not a big problem. My hair was not blow dried properly, It was rough dried and not smoothed afterwards so I ended up leaving with it looking like a frizzy mess which was disappointing and has not happened on previous visits to this salon. Stylist was friendly and chatty though
