When I arrive the réceptionist did not notice me till 1 of her colleague called out on her for being in her phone.
Then Anna came and like always my brows looked flow less after. She gave my advice on how to have them and I should not pluck them too much.

This treatment is very much just painting the nails. My feet and hands weren’t soaked or scrubbed just nails trimmed and shaped.
I’m a bit underwhelmed by the application of the polish as it is quite thick and a bit lumpy on a couple of nails.
Also, my cuticle on my little finger was slightly cut and is still tender two days later.
I was a bit disappointed by the experience.

I can't fault the pedicure, very good. Manicure looks good at a glance but looking closer not all of each nail has been covered. Woman on arrival was very friendly but the woman who did my treatments didn't crack a smile. Overall not a bad experience but not great, i'm sure there are better places in the area.
