I had an appointment for 9 am with Mike. I showed up and sat there for 15 minutes before I received an email update saying my appointment was changed to 9:15 and was with Sel. I paid for a senior stylist and had Sel previously and he isn't a senior stylist. I just wanted a trim with some layers but he came across as hesitant and did as little as possible before finishing quickly. I needed to leave for a meeting as the appointment rain behind. I won't be coming back here.
