Hostile tone spoilt the experience. As a newbie to treatwell I paid a fee upfront, expecting additional charges as would be needed. The service was fine but I was confused if a blow dry was included- having not used treatwell before. Instead of calmly explaining this was not the case, the lady insinuated that I did not want to pay. This is despite me saying I was happy to, simply asking for clarity. This would makes me think twice about using this service if I'm treated as an inferior customer
