I have never had such an unprofessional experience. The cut was shorter than requested. When I returned because the layers were too heavy, Vilma repeatedly said my hair was “very dirty”, even after I explained I had washed it that morning. She blamed my shampoo, called her work “perfect”, and commented on whether my boyfriend minded my hair. Clients should be able to give feedback and have it handled professionally, without blame or personal remarks. Based on my experience, I would not return.
