Horrible hair cut I asked for layers and wanted my hair length to be maintained The hair stylist, cut my hair very randomly with no styling at all. She was clearly not trained / or did not understand what layers mean. She insisted on giving me a dry hair cut which could be the reason why this happened. Also, the salon had very bad customer service thereafter. They offered a refund but did not chase it up and I am yet to receive any response.

Left with a very uneven haircut. Stylist styled it wavy so it was hard to tell at the salon. Didn’t check the cut during the service and spoke about he’s the senior stylist at the salon. Won’t be returning as if this is the senior stylist then I cannot trust another stylist there to rectify the cut!

Great to be back at Hush, and now to be cared for by the new stylist, Sophia. The only downside was Sophia being interrupted a couple of times. However, this clearly didn't detract as I left the salon with a spectacular cut and finish. I'll be back!
