Sadly the online booking system doesn't sync automatically with their own appointments, so I was initially told they couldn't honour my appointment, but they did manage to move something around to fit me in eventually. The gel polish on my fingernails was brilliant, lasted full 2 weeks. During the appointment I did raise my concern that one of my feet hadn't been under the UV lamp long enough, but this was dismissed. Sadly all the polish on this foot chipped within the first 24 hours, but I was aleady on holiday by this point so wasn't able to go back to get it sorted.

Very efficient. No answer when I called but received a call back within 30 mins despite not leaving a message. Booked appointment and received confirmation by email within a few minutes. Demi was lovely and welcoming on my first visit and my nails look great for my holiday. Have booked again for 6 weeks time. Would certainly recommend.

Megan is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. My lashes always look amazing after my treatments and Megan makes sure I know how to look after them.
