Had a Hollywood wax with Carmen yesterday. What a an absolutely lovely lady. She took all my needs into account and is so reassuring. very open and easy to chat to. She is so knowledgeable and gave me loads of great tips and advice. I will definitely be going back to her and recommend her totally x
