I was late about 8 mins, arrived the shop at about 3:23pm, after have arrived the shop no body at the counter and then I have checked the room and someone there (I think she is Lucy) and she asked me wait outside, I wait about another 3-4 minutes she brought me in the room. I have finished the facial at 3:55pm. I have asked Lucy why the treatment not 45mins, she said because I was late. I understand that I was late about 8 minutes but the treatment was only takes less than 30 minutes.
