Terrible experience - photos of venue are fake. I was waiting 25 minutes trying to contact the lady (multiple phone calls and texts) with no response. I paid £85 for this appointment and expect a full refund!

THE ADDRESS ON TREATWELL IS WRONG!!! it’s an actual salon on the high street. A very hectic and confusing start to the appointment as address was wrong and they weren’t able to check if I had an appointment. But treatment and beautician were great
