My massage treatment exceeded all my expectations.
Amy's a really intuitive therapist, asking what my focus areas were, and also listening to what my body was needing. I walked away feeling calm & energised, and felt the benefits the following days too.
I can't wait to book another one...so glad I went for 90 minutes for my first treatment with her, it was such a treat.

The most amazing and restorative experience. I'm normally not very good at shutting down and relaxing. I don't get a lot of treatments like massage so was a bit nervous but Amy was immediately a calming and friendly presence. My awkwardness quickly evaporated and before I knew it I was transformed into a deep resting state as the massage was releasing all the tension in my lower back and limbs. Not sure where the time went but when it was over I felt like I'd been fully reset and re-energised.

I love my massages with Amy. I’ve been having massages for the last year by Amy, she’s excellent at her job, very attentive and considerate. I always leave feeling so relaxed. Ive had treatments following injuries, sprains and strains and again have left feeling like so much tension had been removed.
