The therapist I was welcomed by came across as quite rude and abrupt on my arrival, I was told to go into the treatment room which was a very small compact room with a scrunched up stained towel on the bed for me to use to cover myself, I wasn’t shown or told what to do to prepare for the treatment. The therapist had to keep leaving the room to get equipment she had forgotten , she left the door open so I was exposed to people coming into the salon.. her phone was linked to a Bluetooth speaker which kept going off every time she got a message (this continued through the whole treatment).. I told her my areas of concern regarding my back which she paid no attention to, she literally rubbed my back for the duration of the treatment completely avoiding my areas of concern. I genuinely do not believe she knew how to massage.. she also answered her phone mid treatment which I found unbelievably unprofessional and the whole treatment felt rushed as I was the last client of the day so it seemed she just wanted to get home. I was left with the towel folded into the back of my trousers on the bed and she left the room to talk to her friend while I got dressed. I expected a relaxing massage and had only booked in earlier that day as I was having a lot of back problems which I needed help with, I had to come home and ask a family member to try and help as the therapist hadn’t done a thing.. I have rebooked somewhere else next week which is annoying as it’s a waste of money for something that should of been sorted.. I would not recommend at all
