The actual waxing was fine, but this was the most random experience. The woman had to rush off at midday as she had a college interview - for which she thought I’d know the details of what English Language qualifications she needed (despite me making it clear I left school in 1999). She was then repeatedly asking me to call someone right there and and then and find out for her? I just had to pretend I had no signal as it was so awkward.
