There was no record of my booking as Humera was out of the country & hadn't told the employee that I had made the booking.

I incorrectly booked a trim but Naina was fantastic - explained the charges and process and offered to still do what I need for an extra payment. The haircut itself was excellent quality - my hair looked amazing afterwards. Thanks!
