I booked a ear piercing appointment through the platform three days in advance, but when I arrived, the staff seemed surprised and had no record of my booking. After discussing among themselves, they told me they couldn't do it that day and asked me to come back in two weeks. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience. Would not recommend.
