The staff were lovely. It was my second time getting a hair cut and first time doing my eyebrows. We had to switch to waxing which was done seamlessly and I’m very happy with the end result. The hair cut was exactly what I wanted, my only thing is that I prepaid online but was told at the store that price was different for long hair like mine. I was happy to say the difference but accurate prices need to be advertised.

Gel nails are cute and done quickly, staff are friendly - loud music though and some confusion over the specific service i wanted at first, but they dealt with it really nicely so overall a good experience 💕
