I found this experience very disappointing. The therapist did not welcome me at all, and was unfriendly. Furthermore, she was very rough with the foot rasp such that blood was drawn. She denied responsibility and suggested that I must have had a cut already, I was only given a protective plaster when I requested one. My experience is not conducive to a return visit.
