This sports massage was excellent, Chris really worked deep into my muscles to help alleviate the tightness problems I have with my glutes and calfs. Would definitely recommend
Had a full-on body massage to relieve an old sporting injury that has been bugging me for years. The relief afterwards was massive as the pain ebbed away for some time. Somehow Chris managed to get rid of the pain, a highly recommended service. Top stuff.
I had never been for sports massage before and was a little sceptical.
I went for a massage in an attempt to ease the pain and gain mobility from a knee injury (tendonitis) and a quad strain.
From the first visit Chris did an excellent job so far as I wasn't limping anymore or in pain when I left the clinic.
I would definitely recommend a visit, I am a total convert and as a cyclist I will be booking back in for recovery massages.
Chris' knowledge of massage techniques for pain relief and recovery are second to none. He focused on my neck and shoulder area as I suffer from recurring pain there. I noticed an immediate improvement after treatment. After a few sessions Chris suggested I didn't need further massage on this area, and that I could rebook in a couple of months if the pain came back. I know I can trust Chris' advice - he's not just out to make quick cash from people in pain! Recommending to several friends. Thanks
‘ Healing Hands ‘
I’ve suffered from lower back pain for a number of years, and have been treated for a number of months by a physiotherapist, which hadn’t been working.
I was looking for something different, as the pain was becoming unbearable. I came across Huddersfield message therapy on the internet, and within 2 minutes I had booked a 30 minute session for the following day. After three intensive lower body massages and exercises, my back fells brand new, thanks to Chris.
I will be recommending Chris to anybody I meet who has back problems.
