I actually had my session with Olivia instead of Nadine due to timings. Olivia was absolutely lovely, listened to what I wanted carefully, gave great advice/ suggestions and had good attention to detail leaving me a seamless balayage blend. The whole team were really nice, made me feel welcome and kept my drink topped up throughout the appointment! They even gave me a sample of the hair treatment they used so I could try it again at home before deciding to purchase the full size product. 10/10!

Staff are nice but I’m a little sad about how much hair got cut off overall, haircut feels choppy. Thank you but unfortunately I won’t be coming back
