Urgent appointment for my wedding abroad: availability was great & reception area with all options is a great touch.
Nail application by man: 8/10
Nail art by woman: -10/10
Looked good during the process but outside I could see how bad it was. French tip was wonky & gold line below was thick and chrome was coming out. Nails looked so thick.
When leaving, I asked if I needed to pay anything & she ignored me completely & my goodbye.
Nail varnish peeled1 week after. Nail extension still okay.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Super rude staff, couldn't do any of the nail designs I had in mind, refused to weigh in when I asked their opinion on a design I chose, which wound up looking bad. Manicurist said "I knew it wouldn't work" ??? Why didn't you say so? Nicked my finger with the gel removal tool and told me "be careful" :( They also have limited payment options. Underwhelming and irritating experience, do not recommend.
