The lady who did my manicure originally was bad. She didn't talk to me at all, the only thing she said to me was a mean comment. She just left me without finishing it properly, didn't even check if I was OK, no bye either. I realised a few minutes later, that the nail polish is uneven. She was already with a new customer, so didn't know what to do. Luckily another person working in the salon realised I was unhappy, so he fixed it. He is the only reason why I gave more than a '1', he was great.
Good experience but it is confusing on the app what the various options are - I booked a luxury manicure with removal but the venue did not think it was the one that I booked. It is confusing but otherwise a good experience
