I’ve been here a few times always for a naked manicure pedicure.. it should take an hour but this time was very rushed.

The worst manicure experience I've ever had. I had booked a specific timeslot and they started shaping my nails for about 5mins. However, they proceeded to switch to another customer and asked me to wait for them to finish with them to be able to restart my manicure.. The whole time, the entire place had a really strong smell of acetone/die that was certainly carcerogenic. I had to wait outside multiple times as I couldn't breathe until they agreed to open the door for me (they refused initiall

I came in with a clear picture for colour inspiration, but my colour choices were not properly understood or matched. The staff did not seem confident in building the shade by adjusting hues or pigments, and there appeared to be a lack of colour knowledge overall. As a result, the final colour looked quite different from what I had requested. Unfortunately, this took away from what could have been an enjoyable appointment.
