I was simply browsing nail designs when a staff member told me, ‘Don’t touch it“ in a bossy tone, with no greeting or explanation. My booked stylist didn’t show up and instead someone who was just cleaning stepped in and did my nails, she even pushed things aside in front of me like I was in the way. Then they refused card payment without warning. Avoiding card payment, everyone knows what it means. Let’s just say, this place wouldn’t love a surprise visit from the tax office.
