Tracey was very welcoming and she explained all the steps she was going to take during the ritual. She listened to the problems I am experiencing with my thinning and falling hair, and assured me that the products used on my hair matched those specific needs. Tracey answered all my questions and the athmosphere she created was very relaxing. I would definitely recommend her treatments as a special treat or reward.

Not had a Japanese head spa before but Tracy explained what she'd be doing before starting. Then just laid back and enjoyed. So relaxing. Would definitely recommend.
