Not had a Japanese head spa before but Tracy explained what she'd be doing before starting. Then just laid back and enjoyed. So relaxing. Would definitely recommend.

The treatment was a lot more than I was expecting. The atmosphere was very relaxing as was the treatment. Tracy was great, she explained the whole process and was very skilled and knowledgeable. I really got chance to literally lay back and relax and enjoy the whole experience.
