I was broken after a weekend in Glastonbury and Vincent brought me back to life ~ the best sports massage I have ever experienced. Thank you 🙌🏽
I booked this for my boyfriend who said it was amazing! sorted out a shoulder issue he had had for a while. Thank you!
My massage was great. I came in with a lower back issue and I was feeling so much better almost immediately! The mix of massage, massage gun and muscle scraping has done wonders.
Great massage, good strong pressure, good recommendations for where to release to help with pains
Great massage and such friendly, attentive staff - will definitely be back!

About

"With a diverse background in personal training, handstands, and calisthenics, I bring a unique perspective to massage therapy at Hoxton Health & Performance. My journey into massage therapy was a natural extension of my passion for movement and wellness, allowing me to provide my clients with a holistic path to their health and wellbeing. During a massage session, I go beyond addressing immediate concerns by identifying and correcting postural issues that may contribute to discomfort or pain. I also incorporate assisted stretching techniques to target those hard-to-reach areas, providing a well-rounded and deeply effective treatment. My goal is to help you connect with your body, alleviate tension, and guide you towards a balanced, pain-free life. You can trust me to provide a comprehensive mind-body approach to healing whilst we work together on your journey to optimal wellness."

About

Coming from a background as a professional dancer, I bring a unique understanding of body mechanics to my practice in holistic, deep tissue and sports massage therapy. My dance experience has helped me to understand the body physically and what’s required anatomically for our muscles to move and work in harmony. Drawing upon this knowledge I work with my clients to help understand the origin of their issues to not only treat them but to help prevent them in the future. I thoroughly enjoy the challenge of adapting to each client's differing needs, tailoring treatments to ease physical discomfort and enhance overall well-being. My approach balances therapeutic bodywork with corrective techniques to nurture the body and encourage mental relaxation..

About

Tom was first exposed to chiropractic by accident, after he sustained a rib injury playing county rugby for his native Cambridgeshire: a short course of treatment from a friend's father, who happened to be a chiropractor, saw him soon back to health and returned to the pitch. Given his strong family connections to South Wales and the Welsh Valleys, Tom chose to study at the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic. Its proximity to the Brecon Beacons and stunning Gower Peninsula were – for this keen outdoor sportsman – a deal maker, and he graduated with a Masters degree in Chiropractic (MChiro). Tom’s clinical approach is a diversified 'evidence based' technique integrating established principles in human health science: where appropriate he uses sacro-occipital technique (SOT), activator method and Derrifield technique to assist in fully understanding, diagnosing and treating your condition. Ultimately his aim is to understand the root cause of symptoms so as to reduce or lessen the recurrence of any issues in future. Setting up his own clinic has always been the goal. Tom wanted to be able to provide Chiropractic care in a relaxed and friendly manner, and Hoxton Square in Shoreditch presented as the perfect location for this approach. 4 years after opening and the clinic is going from strength to strength. Tom is experienced dealing with most Orthopaedic conditions and is able to assist all age groups. My special interest is Sports Chiropractic (mainly Snow Sports, Rowing, and On/Off-Road Cycling). I have undertaken further training to work towards ICCPS and FICS accreditation.

Jacob incorporates many different treatment methods and will choose the most appropriate for each individual case. Depending on the nature of the issue, different approaches can be used to help alleviate and resolve whatever is going on, often a combination of different techniques will be used for the maximum benefit of the patient, of course allowing some personal preferences too. About

Chloé started her Chiropractic training in France at IFEC (Institut Franco-Européen de Chiropraxie) and after 6 years of studies, moved to the UK in 2019 to start her journey as a Chiropractor. Over the years, she realised how health can often be taken for granted and how we all need guidance and a helping hand from time to time. Intuitive and a self-confessed perfectionist, she loves the complexity of the human body and its profound connection with the mind. She loves to actively listen to her patients' concerns, understand who they are, their goals and work alongside them to find adequate and durable solutions. Her treatment style is a mixture of Diversified / Activator / Thompson and SOT techniques along with Kinesio-taping, soft tissue work, home exercises and lifestyle guidance to help promote healing. As a Chiropractor, one of the most satisfying aspects is seeing the difference in the quality of a patient’s life by getting them involved in their own healthcare journey towards optimum health. She has a soft spot for pregnant patients and paediatrics, believing it is such an honour to help them during this period of amazing changes. In her spare time, she loves to cook and is always looking for great spots to enjoy good food. She practices what she preaches and can often be found doing Reformer Pilates and other disciplines that enquire patience and focus Registered with AXA Health, Aviva, Vitality, WPA and Allianz
