Really satisfied with my treatment, these people acted very professional and always prioritise you.
I thought long and hard about leaving this review. Firstly, the therapist I had was really lovely however, for me that was the only positive point about my experience at the salon. I wanted to highlight a few points and I hope that you could consider this with future clients.
1. Appointment did not run on time, seemed a bit chaotic and not very organised. Claimed to be busy but lots of appointment slots on treatwell as I booked last minute.
2. Double dipping of waxing spatulas :( please stop this, it is not hygienic.
3. Phone going off constantly during appointment
4. Another colleague coming in mid-way through appointment (I was not fully dressed!)
5. The wax was okay, missed patches on legs and although the therapist did tell me to come back if I did find spots to re-do - I would not expect to be finding so many!

I am extremely happy with all my treatment at Prestige. The best experience from Songul and Nur, they took with my needs and always understood what I want. I would recommend this place to anyone as not only you get good price rate, you also get treated with quality of care and what tops it up is that they go beyond their limit to help you achieve what you want. I have never experience any issues after my treatment. Prestige facilitate with gold standard equipments and as of that I had no bad reaction during after care. I have been looked after. Since my 1st visit, I started to come back more and now it's a must for me to visit this place, as I enjoyed my experience and time there, I grew close to the two beautiful ladies who have become families to me. Please give this beauty lounge a go you will not regret it.
