There was no communication at all, didn’t even ask what kind of fringe i wanted before trimming it…. Told him i wanted bangs but he gave me a very choppy cut instead… also left out a lot of bits uncut. The process overall also felt quite amateur, he went through multiple cycles of wetting and drying my fringe, then trimming it, feels a bit unprofessional
