A very painful experience of a Brazilian wax that has left my skin burning 12 hours later. I booked a hot wax but the beautician kept insisting on using strip wax even when I said it was more painful and drawn-out so I’d prefer the hot wax. I’m not sure if it’s my hair or the type of wax used, or technique but I’ve also been left with lots of short hairs in areas. I’m not new to Brazilian waxes and have never had such a bad skin reaction from it before or had pain lasting long after the wax.
