2nd visit to this salon after previously struggling to find a hairdresser that would listen to and understand my desired style without an unhelpful attitude or a result nowhere near what has been discussed during consultation. Often causing me to find a new hairdresser, and/or resulting in reversing months, even years of effort to work towards achieving the look I wanted.
Here, at Howard Yuill; I didn’t require a difficult conversation to explain what I was after. Without prompt, they listened, established what would be too much or too less, and worked together as a great team to reach the agreed outcome. Their aim to ensure you walk away happy was sensed from the start of my appointment and also assured to me as I was leaving. Such a lovely bunch of staff (every single one of them). They make you feel welcome throughout the stay with pleasant acknowledgements, conversation and refreshments.
I’m am very happy. I have finally found my regular salon. I can now relax and feel pampered during a visit to the salon instead of stressed.
