I’m a qualified massage and beauty therapist with experience in both five-star spas and wellness clinics. I previously completed my HNC in Complementary Therapy, and I’m now studying my second year of HND Beauty Therapy to further expand the quality and variety of treatments I offer. I’ve also recently trained in Lymphatic Drainage Massage. My focus is on facials, body treatments, and bespoke spa packages, delivered in a calm and welcoming space where every session is tailored to your needs. From therapeutic massage, reflexology, and aromatherapy to advanced facials and spa rituals, my aim is to help you feel renewed—inside and out. My approach is always intuitive, unhurried, and grounded in care, giving you the time and space to fully relax, reset, and restore balance.

HoVana Holistics & Beauty is a calm, welcoming therapy space in Bridgeton, in Glasgow’s East End. We offer a thoughtful range of holistic treatments designed to ease tension, support wellbeing, and help you feel renewed inside and out.
Our services include therapeutic and Swedish massage, facials, aromatherapy, reflexology, facial massage, Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage (BLD), Wood Therapy Sculpting, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) for the face and body. Every treatment is personalised with natural skincare and blended oils selected for their nurturing, restorative benefits.

Bridgeton Train Station is a 3-minute walk away, with regular services from Glasgow Central and Argyle Street. Local bus stops are within 2 minutes, free parking is available nearby, and the studio is located outside Glasgow’s Low Emission Zone (LEZ).
