I’m disappointed with my visit. I booked a specific technician but was seen by someone else without explanation. When I asked questions, I felt dismissed. I hope the management improve this service so others don’t leave feeling the way I did.

I haven’t been to Houston nails in a while and I decided to book a treatment last minute the day before valentines. I didn’t regret it! My nails turned out a lot better than I had planned. I will always remember this design as I ended up getting proposed to on valentines. The service was really good and the technician was so warm and lovely. Definitely coming back.
