I used to enjoy coming here, but my last visit was really disappointing. I was charged £72 just for nails and a design, which felt like way too much. They assumed I needed a pedicure even after I clearly said I only wanted a manicure, and the price wasn't adjusted. While the design was cute, the lines were wonky and unfinished in places — definitely not worth £72. Sadly, that was my last visit.
