My appointment was at 10am and I wasn’t seated promptly, having to wait for 5 minutes or so. Luckily, I wasn’t in a rush. A lovely lady did my gel mani and pedi and it was a very relaxing experience. The music was a little too loud for me personally which is why I gave it 4/5 stars for ambiance. Overall, a good experience especially the massage chairs.
