Really disappointed that I wasn't listened too on my visit. I had one really short nail and the technician decided that he was going to cut my nails to match! Not helpful when you are not listening or understanding what your customer wants.

SNS nails done, but wish they would do ombre. This is possible, as had them done in the past overseas.
