Cara was very nice.However this was the worst wax I have ever had.I found the actually wax more painful than previous therapists.When I checked at home there were still hairs remaining on my chin which my normal therapist would have removed with tweezers.within 24hrs pimple like spots starting appearing on both sides of my face and my neck. I counted 21 spots, usually its been 3-4.I cleaned my face as instructed by Cara.I would not recommend unfortunately.
